Halloween, Monty Python and the Holy Grail

Every year Lucas Film throws a big Halloween party at a Lucas sound stage, and there is always a big costume contest with prizes and such. As you can imagine being the creative artist we are at this company, people tend to go all out, and my personal group of friends were no exception. Several of us weeks before had decided that we should go as characters from the movie "Monty Python and the Holy Grail". Soon word of our plans had spread and before we knew it we had well over a dozen folks on board, as well as plans to build a giant Trojan Rabbit (as featured in the movie). I personally went as Sir Robin, the Brave. All the costumes were made from scratch, by Amy Beth (who went as Patsy) and we helped out by painting our respective outfits and shields. Adam Piper was in charge of the Trojan Rabbit, which when finished ended up being about 15 feet tall, it was glorious. We made a grand entrance to the party that was already in full swing, coconuts and all, with the Rabbit rolling behind us. The crowd parted way in awe and we had to pose for a good five minutes while everyone took photos of the entire group. An incredible night I will never forget.

I can not take credit for any of these awesome photos, there were taken by several other co-worker at the party.
